Contemporary Worship Leader
Harmony-Zelienople Global Methodist Church is seeking a Contemporary Worship Leader to lead and grow our 11:00am Sunday contemporary worship service. This paid, part-time position (approximately 5 hours per week) is ideal for a musically gifted, spiritually grounded leader who is passionate about creating meaningful, Christ-centered worship experiences.
The Contemporary Worship Leader serves as the primary musical and worship leader for our contemporary service, working closely with the pastor and church leadership to plan worship that is engaging, theologically sound, and responsive to the movement of the Holy Spirit. This role includes selecting music, leading vocals and/or instruments, rehearsing with the praise band, and helping develop and encourage volunteer musicians.
We are looking for someone who combines musical skill with humility, spiritual maturity, and a heart for collaboration. The ideal candidate is comfortable leading a band, nurturing a positive team culture, and helping worship feel welcoming and authentic for people at all stages of faith.
If you feel called to use your musical gifts to serve God, lead others in worship, and be part of a supportive church community, we would love to hear from you.
