The Care Ministry Team will provide a ministry of support, hope and caring so that no one in the congregation feels alone during difficult times in their lives.”

Ecclesiastes 4

Two are better than one,
because they have a good return for their labor:
10 If either of them falls down,
one can help the other up.
But pity anyone who falls
and has no one to help them up.
11 Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm.
But how can one keep warm alone?
12 Though one may be overpowered,
two can defend themselves.
A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.

Welcome to the Care Ministry! We reach out to church members who are shut-ins, those who are ill or recovering from surgery or going through difficult times – in the form of texts, making phone calls, sending cards, making visits, or taking food.  Equally as important, we will work with the Pastor to reach out to members and regular attendees whom we haven’t seen in a while to make sure they’re okay and if we can provide any assistance.

If you would like to participate or have a need we can assist with, please get in touch with us at care@hzgmc.org
